One of our construction industry clients requested an easier way to fill out and process Health and Safety documents for their workers in the field - working with excel spreadsheets or PDFs was not always ideal. Our solution was to develop a Microsoft Power App for filling out the relevant Health and Safety documentation combined with Power Automate flows to automatically process, upload, and safely store documents in the cloud. The solution also allows relevant managers to be automatically notified when documents required their signature - without needing to attach, email, print, or scan. Not only does this save the business time, but it also ensures they are protected by automatically compiling and organizing all of their important Health and Safety documentation securely in their cloud storage.

This automation solution was built for an Insurance brokerage that was spending HOURS manually updating hundreds of documents whenever their clients needed updated Certificates of Insurance. If a client's policy number was changed, they had to generate a new COI for each of that client's customers - performing this task was consuming an extraordinary amount of agents' time and the brokerage's resources. Our automation solution allows them to save countless hours by propagating updates to policy numbers, policy dates, policy inclusions, and other changes throughout each document within that client's folder, allowing their agents to focus on better serving their clients rather than pouring time into updating policies line by line.

A client request a job/quote management solution to integrate with their current system of storing work orders, job bids/quotes, and other related material in Sharepoint. We created a Microsoft Power Apps/Power Automate solution to highlight critical information such as upcoming due dates and pending quote statuses; allow them to add, update, and edit quotes, jobs, and contracts; automatically create change orders linked to the existing job or quote when edits are made; and automatically generate/store documents matching their existing format. This system also allows them to easily maintain a linked directory of their clients, contacts, and job sites, without ever needing to open Sharepoint or manually update documents. This application saves them valuable time and improves their efficiency, allowing them to focus on their business goals rather than record management and documentation.
